CONGRESSMAN RUSSELL FRY SWORN IN AS A MEMBER OF THE 119TH CONGRESS
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Russell Fry was sworn in to the 119th Congress by Speaker Mike Johnson as the United States Representative for South Carolina’s Seventh Congressional District.
Congressman Fry is the second representative to serve the Seventh Congressional District (since it was reestablished in 2013), which includes Chesterfield, Darlington, Dillon, Georgetown, Horry, Marion, and Marlboro Counties and parts of Florence County. He will serve on the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and the House Committee on Judiciary. Additionally, he is the sophomore class representative to the Elected Leadership Committee.
“It is an honor to continue to serve the Grand Strand and Pee Dee as their voice in Washington,” said Congressman Fry. “Under the leadership of President Donald Trump and Speaker Mike Johnson, we are going to ensure Americans come first as we work to Make America Great Again.”
